Make the switch where both ships have functioning life support as short as possible, as it will cost a lot of resources. They would spark the imagination, gives the game an extra dimension & clever & more creative people like Nebohtes facts and figures to play with to create as he has done. Start bringing your materials to a new tiny ship, but don't bother with power or life support yet. If those blueprints do exist (and I'm asking you FDEV) why cant we see them? If we aren't getting space legs any time soon i would love to be able to look over cross sections and layouts of the ships (with a caveat that all blueprints are subject to change), if they are there anyway i thinks its an easy win for you. He said in his second video that FDEV have previously stated that interior blueprints are already done for each ship, I've never heard that, I'm in no way doubting him and i haven't been here as long as others but has anyone else memories of this? I very much enjoyed it and hope he does do more of them. I personally loved it and if you watch the first part explaining how he got to his layout it seemed to me at least to be based on some reasonable math.
We certainly are not getting space legs this year, I'm not convinced it will ever happen to be honest and there are plenty of other 'walking around' games if you want that so from a game-play point of view I'm not fussed but from an immersion point of view I would love to be able to tour the ships in VR and possibly the stationsįollowing on from Obsidian Ants latest 3304 video i proceeded to watch Nebohtes attempt to extrapolate an internal layout of the sidewinder with the promise(ish) more ships to follow. you can only hand him the zr 2 blueprints in a second play-through if you havent finished the game it isnt possible and you cant unlock the ship design. I was never a massive "we must have space legs" chanter, i do want it but for me if it happens it happens and no amount of complaining will advance Frontiers plans.
